资产客体的扩张脉络与档案资产的理论审视

摘　　要：在资产概念的认知演进中,价值和权利至关重要,提示着档案资产的理论审视也应沿着价值与权利的脉络展开。经济学界关于资产价值客体的梳理中,探索出从生存之用到抽象之用、从需求之用到稀缺之用的扩张脉络,提示着档案资产的价值审视也应置身其中。法学界关于资产权利客体的梳理中,探索出从狭义之物到广义之物、从自在之物到人为之物、从自然之物到法律之物的扩张脉络,提示着档案资产的权利审视不能置身事外。In the cognitive evolution of assets concept,value and rights are very important, and the theoretical examination of archival assets should also follow the clue of value and rights. In the review of the assets value object in economics, the development clue from survival use to abstract use and from demand use to scarce use has been explored, suggesting that the value survey of archival assets should also be exposed to them. In the review of the assets rights object in law circle, the development clue from the narrow concept of matter to the broad, from the crude to the man-made, and from the natural to the legal has been explored, suggesting that the rights survey of archival assets can not walk away.
