摘 要:平顶山天安煤业有限公司一矿选煤厂901输煤皮带走廊建于20世纪80年代,经过30多年的使用,钢桁架结构下弦及下弦节点出现严重锈蚀,杆件及节点板承载力已不满足设计要求,给生产带来严重安全隐患。经论证分析,在不影响正常生产的情况下,采用预应力钢绞线加固方法,对钢桁架进行了整体加固,以转移承载力不足的下弦杆件受力。通过理论及有限元计算分析,并经现场预应力张拉试验,预应力加固钢桁架皮带走廊方法具有高效、经济及施工方便等优点,该方法可广泛推广应用到该类型的皮带走廊加固中。The 901 belt corridor of No. 1 Mine Coal,Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Co.,Ltd. was built in the 80's of 20 th century,after more than 30 years of use,the bottom chord and the bottom chord joints of the steel truss have appeared serious corrosion,the bearing capacity of the main bar and the joint plate can not meet the design requirements,which brings serious security risk to production. Without affecting the normal production,the stell truss was reinforced by the prestressing steel strand,and the stress of the bottom chord was greatly reduced. Through theoretical and finite element analysis,and through the field prestressed tensile test,prestressed reinforcement method of stell struss belt corridor has been proved to be very effective and has the advantages of economy and construction convenience,the method can be widely applied to the reinforcement of this type of belt corridor.
