摘 要:采用无机陶瓷膜处理采油废水,并分析其膜通量变化情况、废水中主要离子的去除特性及膜污染成因,结果表明陶瓷膜对采油废水中主要离子的去除率与离子半径、离子带电形态和所带电荷数目正相关;陶瓷膜处理采油废水运行一段时间后,膜通量迅速下降,7次排浓之后,采用热水清洗、碱与络合剂洗、酸洗的清洗方式,也不能使膜恢复至原始通量;通过扫描电镜分析发现,陶瓷膜表面含有极难去除的有机污染物、碳酸钙、硅酸盐胶体等污染物质,附着在膜面或膜孔内。The change of permeation flux, ion removal characteristics of oil field wastewater as well as the formation of membrane fouling treated by ceramic membrane was studied. The results showed that the removal rates of the main ion were positively correlated with ionic radius, ion charged state and the number of charged ions. When ceramic membrane ran for a period of time, membrane flux declined rapidly. Though it used the combination of hot water,alkali and comple-xing agent,acid after the seven times discharge concentration, the membrane could not recover its original flux. By the analysis of SEM, the contaminants which were hard to be removed, adhered to the surface and pore of membrane consisted of organic matter, calcium carbonate and silicate colloid.
