摘  要:利用价廉易得的二溴甲基环氧丁烷、对乙酰氨基苯酚和氟代醇为原料,制备了不同含短氟碳链的苯胺类化合物,继而制备了含短氟碳链的丙烯酰胺。以此为单体,采用溶液聚合的方法与甲基丙烯酸甲酯及甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚,制备了含有苯环刚性结构、环氧丁烷基团的短氟碳链丙烯酸类聚合物。经这些聚合物整理后的棉织物具有较好的疏水性能,对水的接触角在138°~143°之间,并且经过10次水洗后对水的接触角仍能保持在117°~121°之间,具有较好的耐水洗性能。Using the cheap and readily available dibromomethyl oxetane,p-acetaminophenol and fluorinated alcohols,different anilines containing short fluorocarbon chains were prepared.These anilines were acylated with methacryloyl chloride to give fluoroalkylated acrylamides.These acrylamides were co-polymerized with methyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate to give acrylic co-polymers containing the rigid structure of phenyl ring and oxetane moiety.The cotton fabrics treated with these fluoroalkylated polymers showed good water repellent properties.The water contact angles of the treated fabrics were in the range of 138°-143°,which showed good washing durabilities,the contact angles of water were still in the range of 117°-121°after 10 standard washings.
