含羧基取代的三氟苯乙烯聚合物的制备及性能

摘  要:以4-羧基苯硼酸、苯硼酸和溴代三氟乙烯为原料合成了4-(1,2,2-三氟乙烯基)苯甲酸乙酯和α,β,β-三氟苯乙烯。以4-(1,2,2-三氟乙烯基)苯甲酸乙酯为单体经乳液聚合得到单聚物a,以4-(1,2,2-三氟乙烯基)苯甲酸乙酯和α,β,β-三氟苯乙烯为单体经乳液聚合得到共聚物b,聚合物a和b经水解后分别得到含羧基取代的三氟苯乙烯聚合物c和d。成膜后的聚合物c和d在20~100℃范围内的质子传导率范围分别为1.22×10^(-3)~2.64×10^(-3) S/cm和1.96×10^(-3)~2.66×10^(-3) S/cm。热重分析表明这些聚合物热稳定性优良(td>330℃),并且该类膜表现出一定的氧化稳定性。Theα,β,β-trifluorostyrene and ethyl 4-(1,2,2-triflu-orovinyl)benzoate were obtained with4-boronobenzoic acid,phenylboronic acid and 1-bromo-1,2,2-trifluoro-ethene as the starting materials,respectively.Polymer a was obtained via emulsion polymerization by using ethyl 4-(1,2,2-trifluorovinyl)benzoate as the monomer.Polymer b was prepared via emulsion polymerization by usingα,β,β-trifluorostyrene and ethyl 4-(1,2,2-trifluorovinyl)benzoate as the monomer.Polymers aand b were hydrolyzed to obtain the polymer c and d containing carboxylic groups,respectively.The proton conductivity rate of the membranes formed by polymer c and d are at the range of 1.22×10^-3 to 2.64×10^-3 S/cm and 1.96×10^-3 to 2.66×10^-3 S/cm,respectively under the temperature of 20 to 100 ℃.The thermogravimetric analysis indicates that the polymers present an excellent thermostability(td〉330℃).The membranes of c and d also have desirable oxidation stabilities.
