摘 要:为了解决碳纤维织造过程中纱线损伤状态检测问题,基于LabVIEW图像处理模块,研究了适合检测纱线损伤状态的图像处理算法,并依据这些算法对纱线图像进行实时处理,从而获取纱线损伤状态部分评价参数。依据边缘检测算法分析了纱线边界属性,判断织造过程中纱线是否断裂;依据轮廓分析算法获取了纱线的实际轮廓,与理想的轮廓对比得到二者的差异程度;依据粒子分析算法分析了纱线中未起毛的区域面积,从而间接获取织造过程中的起毛面积值。获得的这些基础参数,可为后续研究纱线损伤状态提供重要参考,有助于调整碳纤维织造工艺、提高产品质量和织造效率。In order to solve the problem of yarn damage state detection in the process of carbon fiber weaving,an image processing algorithm suitable for detecting the damage state of yarn was studied based on LabVIEW image processing module.And the yarn image was processed in real time according to these algorithms to obtain some evaluation parameters of yarn damage state.According to the edge detection algorithm,the yarn boundary attribute was analyzed to judge whether the yarn was broken in the weaving process.Based on the contour analysis algorithm,the actual contour of the yarn was obtained,and the difference degree between the actual contour and the ideal contour was received.Based on the particle analysis algorithm,the area without hairiness in the yarn was analyzed,and the value of hairiness area in the weaving process was obtained indirectly.These basic parameters can provide an important reference for the subsequent study of the yarn damage state,which can help to adjust the carbon fiber weaving process and improve the product quality and weaving efficiency.
