摘  要:目的 评价药学干预在静脉用抗肿瘤药临床给药过程中的作用。方法 以本院放疗科为试点病区,构建医、药、护协作平台,对输液过程中的关注重点如化疗用药顺序、预处理时机、滴注时间、冲管、稳定性、水化等方面进行药学干预,对比干预前后上述指标达标率的改善情况,评价药学干预的作用。结果 给药顺序干预前后合格率均为100%。预处理时机达标率由63.7%提高到78.5%,滴注时间达标率由71.8%提高到92.3%,冲管率由0.5%提高到100%,多西他赛稳定性达标率由40.0%提高到79.9%,奈达铂水化达标率由50.6%提高到69.5%(均P<0.01)。不良反应发生率由22.8%降低到20.4%(P>0.05),不良反应与规范给药的关联性有待进一步研究。结论 药学干预对规范静脉用抗肿瘤药临床给药具有促进作用,干预流程可供借鉴。AIM To evaluate the effects of pharmaceutical intervention during the process of intravenous antineoplastic agents administration. METHODS Taking department of radiotherapy as an experimental unit, a cooperation platform of medical, pharmacy and nursing staff was built. The effects of pharmaceutical intervention were evaluated by the improvement of related indicators such as treatment sequence, pretreated time, infusion time, flushing, stability and hydration. RESULTS The qualification rate of treatment sequence was 100% before and after pharmaceutical intervention. The control rate of pretreated time was increased from 63.7% to78.5%(P〈0.01). The control rate of infusion time was increased from 71.8% to 92.3%(P〈0.01). The flushing rate was increased from 0.5% to 100%(P〈0.01). The control rate of stability for docetaxel was increased from 40.0% to 79.9%(P〈0.01). The control rate of hydration for nedaplatin was increased from50.6% to 69.5%(P〈0.01). It was hard to evaluate the correlation between adverse reaction and programmed drugs administration although the occurrence rate of adverse reaction was reduced from 22.8% to 20.4% after pharmaceutical intervention. CONCLUSION Pharmaceutical intervention could improve the normative administration of intravenous antineoplastic agents, and the procedures might be worth learning.
