摘  要:将氟橡胶与氟硅橡胶/硅橡胶混炼胶并用,制备氟橡胶/氟硅橡胶并用胶,研究氟橡胶/氟硅橡胶并用比对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着氟硅橡胶用量增大,并用胶的脆性温度降低,耐低温性能明显提高;当氟橡胶/氟硅橡胶并用比为8/2时,并用胶的微观结构未出现明显分层现象,物理性能较好。The fluoro rubber/fluorinated silicone rubber blends were prepared by blending fluoro rubber and mix of fluorinated silicone rubber/silicone rubber,and the effect of blending ratio of fluoro rubber/fluorinated silicone rubber on the properties of the blends was investigated. The results showed that,with the increase of the addition level of fluorinated silicone rubber,the brittleness temperature of the blends was decreased and the low temperature resistance was obviously improved. When the blending ratio of fluoro rubber/fluorinated silicone rubber was 8/2,the microstructure of the blends had no obvious stratification,and the physical property was good.
