摘 要:研究超细全硫化粉末橡胶(UFPR)改性丁苯橡胶(SBR)(UFPR-SBR)胶料的性能。结果表明:与SBR胶料相比,UFPR-SBR胶料门尼粘度总体提高,硫化速率增大,硬度和300%定伸应力提高,其他物理性能总体变化不大,耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力平衡更好。UFPR主要成分为结合苯乙烯质量分数为0.3的SBR和结合丙烯腈质量分数为0.31的丁腈橡胶时,UFPR-SBR的耐磨性能和抗湿滑性能较好。The properties of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)modified with ultra-fine full-vulcanized powdered rubber(UFPR)were investigated. The results showed that compared with SBR compound,the Mooney viscosity of UFPR-SBR compounds was generally higher,curing rate was slightly faster,hardness and modulus at 300% elongation were improved,other physical properties were essentially unchanged,and abrasion resistance,wet skid resistance and rolling resistance were well balanced. Abrasion resistance and wet skid resistance of UFPR-SBR compounds with the SBR based UFPR having 30% bound styrene or NBR based UFPR having 31% bound acrylonitrile were better.
