摘 要:通过溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)实验室加速老化试验,研究BIIR胶料物理性能随老化时间和老化温度的变化,并对胶塞胶料在生理盐水中的寿命进行预测。结果表明:随着在生理盐水中老化时间的延长,BIIR胶料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度下降,拉断伸长率先增大后减小,压缩永久变形增大,且温度越高,性能变化越明显;以压缩永久变形为评价指标预测胶塞胶料在生理盐水中的使用寿命约为3.8年。The changes of the physical properties of brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)with aging time under different aging temperature were investigated by accelerated aging experiment in the laboratory,and the life time of BIIR stopper in saline solution was predicted. The results showed that,as the aging time in saline solution prolonged,the tensile strength and tear strength of the compound decreased,the elongation at break increased at first and then decreased,and the compression set increased. The changes of the properties were greater when the aging temperature was higher. The change of compression set was used to predict the life time of the BIIR stopper,and the life time of the stopper in saline solution was about 3. 8 years.
