摘  要:玻璃钢夹砂管在公路涵洞中的应用越来越广泛,但由于目前对管道的微观力学分析较少,在公路涵洞工程中的应用缺乏相应的标准与依据。运用数值模拟软件ABAQUS建立路面-管涵-土体的整体模型,分析了不同工况下玻璃钢夹砂管变形与路面基层层底拉应力。通过对管壁厚度进行优化设计,得出不同工况下基层层底拉应力达到临界劈裂强度时管涵的最优径厚比范围,从而在满足路面及管涵结构安全的前提下,为实现工程成本最小化提供可靠的分析依据。The application of the glass fiber reinforced plastics mortar pipe in highway culvert becomes more and more extensive. However,due to the lack of micro-mechanical analysis of the pipeline,the application of the pipe in highway culvert engineering lacks some corresponding standards and basis. In this paper,the numerical simulation software ABAQUS was used to establish the model of surface-pipe-soil. Then,the deformation of the pipe and the stress of the bottom layer of the pavement under different conditions were analyzed. Through optimizing the thickness of the pipe wall,the optimal diameter ratio range of the pipe is obtained under the stress of the bottom layer at the critical splitting strength in different condition. Under the safety of the pavement and pipe structure,it provides some reliable analysis basis for minimizing the cost of project.
