摘 要:为更好地保护和利用本地黄牛品种,培育适应本地生长条件的优秀肉用黄牛杂交配套系,本研究对日本和牛×涠洲黄牛杂交牛进行生长及屠宰性能等的测定。结果表明:日本和牛×涠洲黄牛杂交牛具有适中的生长速度,杂交公牛净肉率达(43.47±3.58)%,母牛净肉率达(38.49±4.21)%,同时未经阉割和强制育肥的杂交母牛雪花达到5级,该杂交组合具有生产雪花牛肉的潜力。In order to better protect and utilize local cattle breed,excellent crossbred beef cattle series were bred and chosen to adapt local growth condition. The growth and slaughter performance of crossbred cattle( Japanese Black cattle×Weizhou cattle) were measured in this experiment.The results showed that Japanese Black × Weizhou crossbred cattle had a moderate growth rate,pure meat rate of( 43. 47 ± 3. 58) % in male,( 38. 49±4. 21) % in female. In addition,the snowflakes of catalo bull without castration and catalo cow forced to fatten,reached level 5,which indicated that this crossbred combination had the potential to produce snowflake beef.
