摘　　要：目的观察小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)治疗中布地奈德、孟鲁司特钠联合应用下取得的效果。方法收集高唐县人民医院小儿CVA患儿86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组采用布地奈德吸入治疗方法,观察组在其基础上配合孟鲁司特钠联合治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组,平均治疗时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组PEF、FEV1、FEV1%与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组各项指标改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年观察组复发率为4.65%(2/43),低于对照组的18.60%(8/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用布地奈德、孟鲁司特钠联合治疗小儿CVA,有助于改善患儿肺功能指标、降低复发率,应在临床实践中推广应用。Objective To study the effect of budesonide and montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma （CVA） in children. Methods 86 children of CVA in Gaotang County People＇s Hospital was selected and divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given inhaled budesonide treatment, the observation group was given montelukast sodium and budesonide treatment, their clinical treatment effect were compared. Results After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the average treatment time was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. PEF, FEV1, FEV1% between observation group and control group before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the indicators of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 1 year, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.65% （2/43）, which was lower than that of the control group with 18.60% （8/43）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with CVA, using budesonide and montelukast sodium, can improve lung function, reduce the recurrence rate, should be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
