摘　　要：目的 总结急性口服中毒患儿的洗胃护理经验.方法 选自天津市儿童医院急诊科2015年9—11月收治的急性口服中毒患儿86例,对其进行洗胃救治并给予相关的护理干预措施,并对患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 通过对所有患儿洗胃及进行相应的护理后,没有出现死亡病例,均治愈出院.结论 在急性口服中毒患儿洗胃过程中辅以急诊护理措施,有利于提高急诊抢救效果,促进患儿康复.Objective To summarize the experience of emergency gastric lavage nursing in children with acute oral poisoning. Methods A total of 86 cases of children acute oral poisoning admitted in the emergency department of Tianjin Children＇s Hospital from September to November 2015 were selected and given gastric lavage treatment and relevant nursing intervention. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results After the lavage treatment and the corresponding nursing of all the children, no cases of death were found, and all of them were cured and discharged. Conclusions The application of emergency nursing in children with acute oral poisoning treated by gastrointestinal lavage is beneficial to improve the emergency treatment and nursing effect, promote the children＇s physical rehabilitation.
