摘  要:研究目的:盾构完成一个工程项目后转移到另一个项目应用时,由于工程地质条件发生变化,为增强适应性,应进行相应的改造。为提高盾构设备使用率、降低工程成本、保证施工顺利进行,结合天津地下直径线工程,本文对黏性土层中大直径泥水平衡盾构适应性改造技术进行研究,并结合工程应用情况对改造效果进行分析。研究结论:(1)泥水平衡盾构适应性改造应结合工程地质情况和工程条件来进行,重点考虑刀盘及刀具、主驱动配置、泥水循环系统、冲刷系统的适应性;(2)在刀盘中心区域增加泥水冲刷系统,可有效防止泥饼的形成;(3)根据天津地下直径线工程经验,黏性土层中应保证盾构进泥泵可泵送泥浆密度不低于1.3 t/m3,排泥泵可泵送泥浆密度不低于1.4 t/m3;(4)该研究成果可为大直径泥水平衡盾构在黏性土层盾构选型及改造提供工程借鉴。Research purposes: With the changing of engineering geological conditions, in order to enhance the adaptability of the shield, the adaptive modification should be carried out when the shield is transferred from one project to another. In order to increase the utilization rate of shield equipment, reduce the project cost and ensure the smooth construction, combining with Tianjin Diameter Line Project, the adaptability modification technologies of large diameter slurry balance shields in clayey stratum has been studied, and the modification effects by combining with the engineer application conditions has been analyzed. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The adaptability modification of slurry balance shields should combine with engineering geologies and conditions, and mainly need to consider the adaptability of cutterhead, tools, main drive configurations, slurry circulation systems and slurry flushing systems. (2) Forming of mud cakes can effectively be avoided by adding slurry flushing systems in the center of cutterhead. (3) Basing on the engineering experiences of Tianjin Diameter Line Project, the slurry density of shield feed pumps in clayey stratum should not be less than 1.3 t/m^3 , and of shield dredge pumps should not be less than 1.4 t/m^3. (4) The research results can provide engineering references when selecting and modifying shields of large diameter slurry balance in clayed stratum.
