摘 要:目前国内外内齿圈最终热处理普遍采用中频感应淬火或渗碳淬火,感应淬火或渗碳淬火,淬火后工件的变形量0.5~0.7 mm,达不到工艺设计要求。采用真空离子氮化工艺,内齿圈的变形量≤0.15 mm,表面硬度高,耐磨性高。经过离子氮化的齿轮在同等载荷条件与一定渗层深度的渗碳齿轮接触疲劳磨损性能相当。通过装机验证,在各种工况下服役验证均达到技术要求。At present,the final heat treatment of the annular gear at home and abroad is generally adopted for the medium frequency induction quenching or carburizing and hardening. The deformation of the quenched workpiece reaches 0. 5 ~ 0. 7 mm,which can not meet the process design requirements. The deformation of annular gear after vacuum ion nitriding is ≤ 0. 15 mm,and there is the high surface hardness and the high wear resistance. The contact fatigue wear property of ion nitrided gear is equivalent to that of the carburizing gear with a certain depth under the same load condition and meets the technical requirements through the installed verification and the service verification under various working conditions.
