摘  要:本文针对20CrMnTi、20CrMnMo、22CrNi2MoNb及22CrMoH四种渗碳齿轮钢进行热处理畸变试验,试验采用C型缺口试样,通过热处理前后缺口尺寸的变化、试样的硬化层及心部硬度的检验结果,对比分析了四种材料在相同渗碳淬火热处理工艺下的畸变特点。In this article,heat treatment distortion experiment was conducted for 20CrMnTi,20CrMnMo,22CrNi2MoNb and 22CrMoH steels used in carburized gear for these steels. The distortion characteristics of four kinds of materials were analyzed at the same carburized and quenched time by C-type notch sample in the experiment through the dimension variation before and after heat treatment,as well as the depth of carburized case and the hardness in the core.
