摘  要:2016年4月北京某马场出现马流感疑似疫情,为确诊病原,从发病马群中采集鼻拭子接种鸡胚分离病毒,并进行血凝试验和血凝抑制试验、基因测序和BLAST比对分析。结果表明,从鼻拭子中分离到1株马流感病毒,命名为A/equine/Beijing/2016。血凝试验、血凝抑制试验及测序结果表明,该分离株为H3N8亚型。对分离株的HA基因进行遗传进化分析,表明该分离株属于H3N8亚型美洲谱系的佛罗里达Ⅱ群。对该分离株及国内近年来的马流感病毒分离株的HA氨基酸序列进行分析,发现该分离株相比于OIE推荐的疫苗候选株出现了一个重要的抗原漂移。马流感病毒HA基因的不断变异,提示有必要加强对国内马流感病毒的流行病学监测。In April 2016 ,a suspect equine influenza case occurred in a horse ranch in Beijing.To make a defi- nite diagnosis of the etiological agent, virus isolation was taken by incubating the nose swabs collected from suffering horses to embryonated eggs, then hemagglutination test, hemagglutination inhibition test, gene sequencing and BLAST were conducted.A strain of equine influenza virus (EIV) named A/equine/Beijing/ 2016 was isolated from the nose swabs. The results of hemagglutination test, hemagglutination inhibition test and gene sequencing showed that the isolate belongs to H3N8 subtype.Further phylogenetic analysis of HA gene of the isolate indicated that this virus belongs to American EIV,Floride sublineage (clade 2).HA amino acid squence analysis of the isolate A/equine/Beijing/2016 and other EIV isolates in China for the past few years was conducted to find there was an important antigenic drift between A/equine/Beijing/ 2016 and the EIV vaiccine candidate strain recommaned by OIE.Frequent variations exist in HA gene of EIVand molecular epidemioloical surveillance of EIV need to be strengthened.
