河南省大学生自杀意念、行为及心理社会因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省大学生自杀意念、计划、自杀未遂流行情况及其相关心理社会因素,为采取相关的干预措施提供依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽样的方法,在河南省7个省辖市抽取大学生2 687人,使用《中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》(大学版)进行现场调查。结果河南省大学生产生过自杀意念、曾有自杀计划和自杀未遂的发生率分别为12.8%、3.3%和2.2%。各种受欺侮类型、有不良心理-情绪障碍、与他人交流困难和感觉学校周围环境没有安全保障的学生认真考虑过自杀、自杀计划和自杀未遂的发生率高于正常学生(P<0.05),主要自杀原因是觉得活着没意思和学习压力。结论河南省大学生自杀相关行为发生率虽然低于国内一些城市,但仍不可忽视。相关部门应采取综合干预措施,预防和控制大学生自杀相关行为的发生。OBJECTIVE To study the prevalence of Suicide Behaviors among college students in Henan province, in order to provide evidence for making interventions. METHODS 2 687 students were selected from 7 provincial cities by stratified random cluster sampling, and then they were investigated with China Youth Health Risk Behaviors Questionnaire. RESULTS The incidence of of suieide idea, suicide plan, attempted suicide were 12.8%, 3.3% and 2.2%. The rate of considering to attempt suicide seriously, suicide plan,attempted suicide of those students who have been bullied, had mental-emotional disturbance, had difficulties interacting with others,had no security in campus and surrounding were higher than those who were normal（P〈0.05）, Felt that life was not worth living or study perssuer was the top important reasons for suicide. CONCLUSION Although the prevalence of suicide behaviors among college students in Henan province were lower than some other place, it must not be overlooked. Effective comprehensive intervention measures should be taken so as to prevent and control its＇ occur in college students.
