摘　　要：电子病历首页是DRGs、健康服务及服务质量管理和医学研究等最基础的数据源。为确保电子病历首页数据客观、真实、准确、及时、完整、规范,本研究利用数据质量本体等技术,从电子病历数据要求中提炼出数据质量概念、属性及其之间的关系建立数据质量本体、质量控制规则、自适应权重、质量信息模型,并借助ABAP应用平台,探测数据质量问题,分析质量数据,生成可视化图文报告,形成数据驱动PDCA自适应循环的持续改进系统机制。本文研究的成果,有助于提升健康服务和质量管理的效率,为全方位全周期健康服务、全流程全时刻服务管理,提供数据和智力支持,对健全现代医院管理制度具有重要意义。Discharge Data set of Electronic Medical Record for inpatient is fundamental data set for DRGs,health services and quality management of care,medical researches.To keep the objectivity,authenticity,accuracy,timeliness,integrity and specialty,it applied data quality ontology techniques and so on to summarize the concepts,attributes and relations for each others data from requirements for the EMR data and to establish the data quality ontology,control rules,adaptive weights and quality data models.And based on ABAP application platform,the mechanism of continuous improvement of self-adaptive PDCA circles is established for gauging errors in EMR data,analyzing errors,and writing and visualizing quality reports incorporated blending plentiful of statistical graphs and texts.The achievements of the research are beneficial for efficiency of health service and care quality management.And it is significant for the effects to provide data and intelligence supporting for care management in whole areas,whole periodicity,and whole process and at whole clock and strengthening modern hospital management.
