摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断发展蓬勃下,互联网＋随之诞生。＂互联网＋＂实际上是互联网联系传统行业间形成的一种创新型、线上线下融合发展型的一种新形态。＂互联网＋＂可谓是随着社会创新2.0下萌生的以互联网为载体的行业新发展态势。为此作为疾病控制系统如何良好地利用互联网形态带来的优势,是现疾病控制系统学术界所极为关注的议题。本课题以＂互联网＋＂大背景下,具体就互联网给疾病控制系统带来的工作效率提升、业务创新及信息透明化的三方面进行了概述,介绍了疾病控制系统如何利用互联网迸发出新的活力。同时,就日益明显的传染病控制和预防难题,借助互联网计算机的应用技术、诊断报告分析等手段,构建了以传染病防控、监测功能为主的传染病情报跟踪系统。With the continuous development of Internet technology,the Internet＋is born. ＂ Internet＋＂ is actually an innovative form of Internet connection between traditional industries,a new form of integration of online and offline development. ＂ Internet＋＂ is a new trend of development with the Internet as the carrier under the 2 social innovation.Therefore,as a disease control system how to make good use of the advantages of the Internet form,is the current disease control system academia is extremely concerned about the topic.This topic uses the ＂ Internet＋＂ background,specific to the three aspects of promotion,lead to disease control system work efficiency of the business innovation and transparency of information on the Internet are summarized,and introduces how to use the Internet for Disease Control System of a new burst of vitality.At the same time,it has become increasingly apparent infectious disease prevention and control problems,by means of technology,diagnosis and analysis report with the Internet computer,constructed the communicable disease information tracking system for infectious disease prevention and control and monitoring functions based.
