摘 要:文章研究了智能变电站中的IEC61850-9-2(LE)协议量化误差,建立了AD采样后协议量化误差模型,仿真了不同电压、电流等级和占比条件下,IEC61850-9-2(LE)协议量化误差对数字计量设备校准和溯源影响。分析表明,在一次小电压/电流的情况下,9-2(LE)协议量化误差对数字计量设备的校准和溯源有很大的影响,协议量化相当于降低了采样值的有效位数,进行量值溯源时应适当提高一次侧电压/电流的等级,增加IEC61850-9-2(LE)量值传输的有效位数,对数字电能计量设备的校验和量值溯源的实际应用有很大的参考价值。This paper analyzes the quantitative error of the IEC650-9-2( LE) sampling value transmission protocol in intelligent substation on the calibration and traceability of digital metrology equipment.The model of quantitative error with the AD sampling error was established. It is simulated that the calibration and traceability of digital metrology equipment is influenced by the quantization error of the IEC650-9-2( LE) under different voltage and current level with different proportion condition.The results show that 9-2 protocol quantization error has a great influence in equipment calibration and traceability in the side of a small current situation.In other words,the quantification of the agreement reduces the effective number of samples,and it is necessary to properly raise the grade of voltage/current and to increases the effective number of IEC61850-9-2( LE) value,which has great reference value to the application of the calibration and traceability in digital power meter measuring equipment.
