摘  要:随着我国高速公路里程的增加,以及逐年递增的汽车数量,现代高速监管部门使用的雷达测速系统,逐渐跟不上监管部门以及使用客户的需求。另一方面,移动智能系统在我国越来越普及,用户通过各种手机应用,可以体验各种生活服务。在此大背景下,高速类手机应用APP也逐渐发展壮大,,通过手机APP实现高速公路的动态实时监控,使得高速公路动态只能监控系统成为一种可能。故本文从高速客户的实际需求以及监管部门的实际需求出发,利用手机APP结合车牌识别系统设计本套系统,以求为高速监管方面的动态智能管理提供思路。With the increase of highway mileage and the increasing number of automobiles in China,the radar speed measurement system used by the modern high-speed supervision departments has gradually failed to keep up with the needs of the regulatory authorities and customers.On the other hand,mobile intelligence systems are becoming more and more popular in China.Users can experience various life services through various mobile phone applications.Under this background,the application of high-speed mobile applications has gradually grown,and real-time dynamic monitoring of highways through mobile phone APPs has made it possible to dynamically monitor only the highway.Therefore,starting from the actual needs of high-speed customers and the actual needs of the regulatory authorities,this mobile phone APP is used in combination with the license plate recognition system to design this system to provide ideas for dynamic intelligent management of high-speed supervision.
