摘　　要：2015年3月16日,《中国足球改革发展总体方案》的出台,预示着我国新的足球发展战略正式步入实施阶段。通过深入的解读该方案,可以获知该方案的核心是围绕如何改革并推进校园足球发展。为了更好地推动校园足球走上又好又快的发展道路,需要重点解决校园足球教师不足、学生如何在短时间内做好足球学习和训练等问题。在这种背景下,MOOC在线教育应运而生,其是一种通过网络学习工具实现在线学习的新型的知识传播形式。本文将MOOC在线教育应用于校园足球教学,不仅有助于减少足球教学的成本,还使学习更具针对性,同时也使得学习有着更为广泛的覆盖面,对校园足球的发展起到推进作用。In March 16,2015,the ＂ China football reform and development overall program＂ introduced,indicating that China＇s new football development strategy formally entered the implementation stage.Through in-depth interpretation of the program,we can learn that the core of the program is around how to reform and promote the development of campus football.In order to better promote the campus football on a sound and fast path of development,we need to focus on solving the shortage of campus football teachers,students how to do football in a short time,learning and training and so on.In this context,MOOC online education emerges as the times require.It is a new form of knowledge communication through online learning tools to achieve online learning. The application of MOOC online education in campus football teaching,not only helps to reduce the cost of football teaching,but also make learning more targeted,but also makes the study has a more extensive coverage,the development of the campus football plays a very important role.
