摘  要:涂层的微观结构决定涂层的热物理及力学性能。针对等离子喷涂热障涂层中孔隙的形貌特征及其在涂层中的位置,基于ANSYS有限元软件,分析涂层中的孔隙对涂层隔热性能及热应力状态的影响。结果表明:在利用椭圆来表征涂层中不同形貌的孔隙时,椭圆形孔隙的短轴与长轴之比越小,即孔隙面积越小,则涂层的隔热效果越差;当孔隙面积相同时,孔隙的细长化有利于提高隔热效果;孔隙位置不影响涂层的隔热效果;在一定范围内,孔隙的位置越靠近涂层表面或界面,对其表面或界面的残余应力影响越大,涂层越容易失效;靠近涂层表面或界面的孔隙形貌变化不影响涂层表面与界面处的残余应力分布。The microstructure of the coating determines the thermophysical and mechanical properties of the coating. Based on the ANSYS finite element software,the influence of the morphology and location of the pores in the coating on the thermal insulation and thermal stress of the coating was analyzed. The results show that the smaller the ratio of the short axis to the long axis of the elliptical pore is,that is,the smaller the pore area is,the worse the thermal insulation effect of the coating is when the ellipse is used to characterize the pores with different morphologies in the coating. Under the same pore area,slender pore can improve the insulation effect. The location of the pores did not affect the thermal insulation performance of the coating; In a certain range,the closer the pore position tothe coating surface or interface,the greater the influence on the residual stress at the surface or interface; pore morphology changes near the coating surface or interface did not affect the surface and interface of coating residual stress distribution.
