摘  要:目的制备米索前列醇缓释栓。方法采用正交试验,以聚乙二醇为基质,热熔融法制备米索前列醇缓释栓,并进行体外累积释放度测定,筛选米索前列醇缓释栓处方组成。结果以聚乙二醇400∶聚乙二醇4000=3∶7为基质,羟丙甲纤维素的用量为2%,熔化温度为60℃,制备的米索前列醇缓释栓药物释放平稳。结论经该方法筛选的米索前列醇缓释栓制备工艺可行。OBJECTIVE To Prepare misoprostol sustained release suppository. METHODS Using orthogonal test, polyethylene glycol was used as matrix, with hot melt method for misoprostol sustained release suppository, cumulative release rate in vitro as examining index. RESULTS With polyethylene glycol 400: polyethylene glyeol 4000 (3 : 7) as matrix, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose was 2%, the melting temperature was 60℃, the preparation of misoprostol sustained release suppository drug released smoothly. CONCLUSION This preparation of misoprostol sustained release suppository is feasible.
