摘　　要：目的了解2008-2016年宁夏地区HIV检测的感染状况及流行病学特征。方法艾滋病综合信息网中整理HIV检测结果,利用SPSS19.0软件进行描述性统计分析。结果 2008-2016年宁夏地区共进行HIV检测5 357 706人(次)。HIV初筛阳性3 574例(0.067%),确证阳性1 665例(0.031%)。HIV检测阳性率从2008年的0.026%上升至2016年的0.037%,不同年份间差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.728,P<0.05)。男女之比为6.8∶1;以20~49岁为主,共1 258例(75.56);50岁及以上351例(21.1%)。民族以汉族和回族为主,分别占76.3%和20.3%。传播途径以性传播比例逐年上升、静脉吸毒比例逐年下降为特点,存在5例(0.30%)母婴传播。医疗机构发现HIV感染者/AIDS患者1 090例,阳性检出率为0.020%,疾控系统发现HIV感染者/AIDS患者505例,阳性检出率为0.009%。结论宁夏HIV/AIDS检测阳性率逐年升高,医疗机构是发现HIV感染者的主要机构,提示需进一步强化对大型综合医院就诊患者检测系统的质量管理。Objective To investigate the infection status and epidemic features of HIV between 2008 and 2016 in Ningxia. Methods The HIV detection data in 2008 - 2016 from information system were collected and analyzed with SPSS 19.0. Results A total of 5357706 patients were screened, and 3574 （0.067%） patients were HIV positive, and HIV infection were confirmed in 1665 （0. 034% ） patients by Western Blot testing. The positive rate of HIV infection increased from 0. 026% in 2008 to 0. 0377% in 2016 （P 〈 0.05 ） , The ratio of male and female was 6.8：1. There were 1258 cases （75.9%） of the age 18 -50 years ;There were 351 cases （21.1%） of more than 50 years. The main？ HIV infections were 76.3% in Han and 20.3% in Hui, respectively. The ratio of sexual transmission were increased year by year, and transmission of intravenous drug were declined year by year, there were 5 cases of mother- to-child transmission. 1090 cases were detected in medical institutions, and the positive rate was 0. 030%. 505 cases were detected in centers for disease control and prevention, and the positive rate was 0.15%. Conclusion The HIV detection rate is increasing in Ningxia. We should strength the monitoring and prevention of AIDS in general hospitals and the medical institution is the main institution to find HIV.
