摘 要:为了进一步改善中间包流场,基于数学模型研究了方形有檐旋流型湍流抑制器对中间包流场的作用特点。结果表明,旋流型湍流抑制器与普通湍流抑制器相比较,湍动能降低明显,且自由表面钢液流动速度要更小。另外,从湍流抑制器侧壁上流出的钢液有向上运动的趋势,可有效减少中包内短路流的发生,促进夹杂物上浮。Flow pattern in tundish with square shape swirl type turbulence inhibitor (SSST TI) was simulated based on mathematical model for improving the flow field in tundish, and the characteristics was researched. The results show that compared with traditional inhibitor, SSST TI could effectively decrease the turbulence energy in ttmdish, and the surface flow velocity of liquid is low. In addition, the liquid flow sourced from SSST TI has the stream direction of upward, so the shortcoming flow in tundish is reduced obviously and it could enhance the opportunity of inclusion remove.
