摘  要:为解决间歇生产的40 t电弧炉由于炉体急冷急热变化造成的炉龄低,以及出钢口、炉底、炉墙等耐火材料寿命不匹配问题,在电极孔中心位置、出钢口袖砖尺寸、炉顶电极预制块厚度等方面设计上进行了改进。同时在渣线、2#电极"热点"区域使用不同品位的镁碳砖,炉底使用镁质干式捣打料打结层加厚到1 000 mm,并在操作上进一步提出要求,取得了良好的效果。In order to solve the problems of low life of 40t EAF caused by the rapid heat change of furnace and the mismatching of refractories such as tapping hole, bottom and wall of furnace, the design of the center position of the electrode hole, the size of the sleeve brick of the tapping hole and the thickness of the furnace top electrode perform had been improved. At the same time, the different grade magnesia carbon bricks are used in slag line and the "hot spot" area of 2# electrode, the bottom of the furnace is thickened to 1 000 mm by using magnesia dry ramming materials, and further requirements in operation are put forward, excellent results are obtained.
