摘 要:为降低离合器壳体变形和皱皮缺陷,根据消失模铸造原理和离合器壳体结构特性,对变形和皱皮缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明,通过合理的浇注系统设计,将防变形筋呈三角形粘于止口口面,变形废品可得到较好控制;选取倾斜造型和浇注,可有效解决内腔皱皮缺陷。最终离合器壳体消失模铸件变形和皱皮缺陷废品率控制在1%以内。in order to reduce the deformation and wrinkle of the clutch housing, the causes of deformation and wrinkling defects were analyzed according to the principle of lost foam casting and the structural characteristics of the clutch housing. The results show that the anti-deformation bars are triangular to the end of the mouth, and the deformation wastes can be controlled well by the rational casting gating system design. Selection of inclined shape and pouring can effectively solve the defects of inner cavity wrinkles. Finally, the defects rate of lost foam casting and wrinkle defects of the final clutch shell are controlled within 1%.
