摘 要:根据酸解槽的分布板材料的应用特点,研究了锑含量为3%~7%的铅锑合金的腐蚀性能。结果表明,含锑量6%的铅锑合金具有优良的综合性能,可使酸解槽分布板耐蚀性能、机械强度、铸造性能同时达到最佳,较符合酸解槽的应用要求。According to the application characteristics of the distribution plate materials, the corrosion resistance properties of Pb-Sb alloy with 3%-7% antimony were studied. The results show that the comprehensive property including the corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and the casting performance of Pb-Sb alloy with the antimony content of 6% is even more excellent, being more suitable to meet the requirements of acid hydrolysis trough.
