摘　　要："福建智造"目标的实现需要建立与之相适应的人才支撑体系。闽台设计教育及设计人才的双向流动与多元互通,是提升两岸创意产业和设计竞争力的重要手段。互通型设计人才的培养有助于破除两岸现有设计教育的区域思维和专业局限,更好地满足福建新兴产业对设计人才的需求。文章指出在培养方案与课程设置相互认可的基础上,应加强"互联网+设计工作坊"的联合实训等项目的比例,以团队创新和多元协作为基础,培养新形势下可助力福建制造业转型升级的新一代设计人才。The actualization of Fujian intelligent manufacturing demands a construction of a suitable talent supporting system. The bi-directional flowing and multiple interconnection of design talents between Fujian and Taiwan is a significant means to promote the competitiveness in creative industry and design on both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Cultivation of interconnected designers could help to break the existing regional thinking way and professional limitation of design education. We should also strengthen the proportion of associated and practical training based upon a inter-understanding of training program and curriculum set-up,and should cultivate a new generation design talents for upgrading of Fujian manufacturing industry.
