摘　　要：网络文艺是伴随互联网发展应运而生的一种新兴艺术形态,其生产机制呈现出不同于传统文化的独特性。网络文艺的生态建构与扩容主要依靠生产要素的内循环再生产机制,其中网络IP和网络流量是构成内循环再生产的两大基础性生产要素。基于网络IP要素的网络文艺内循环再生产主要以高流量的网络文学IP作为生产要素的源头;基于网络流量的网络文艺内循环再生产除了注重开发网络文本IP的流量外,同样高度重视开发线上明星和线下明星IP的流量。上述生产机制既造成了网络文艺规模与数量的急遽扩张,也导致了网络文艺一系列病象乱象的发生。Internet literature and art is a newly rising art form with the development of the internet, and its production system presents a peculiarity different from traditional culture. The ecological construction and expansion of interuet literature and art mainly depends upon the internal recycle reproduction system, where IP and flux of data arc general- ly regarded as the two major basic elements of its expanded production with inner - circulation mode. Like online lit- erature, IPs play a fundamental role in this mode, the flux from online celebrities or offline ones also runs as another very important production element with the same way. More usually the combination of both IP and flux together pro- mote rapid increasing of the ecological system of the online literature and arts. But this mode is leading to more and more serious disorder of the system, which is very concerned by many scholars.
