补肾活血散瘀汤治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血散瘀汤治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年9月我院收治的60例肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌症患者作为观察对象,按照随机偶数奇数法分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),对照组选择宫腔放置曼月乐的方法治疗,治疗组选择补肾活血散瘀汤的方法治疗,对2组患者的痛经、月经量及中医证候评分、肾虚血瘀证候评分及子宫体积、血清糖类抗原CA125水平变化进行比较。结果经过3个月的治疗后,2组患者的痛经症状积分、中医证候评分、月经量评分、肾虚血瘀证候评分均低于治疗前,组间比较结果显示,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的子宫体积均小于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);2组治疗前血清糖类抗原CA125水平均低于治疗前,组间予以比较,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血散瘀汤治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌症效果确切,可显著改善痛经、月经量多、子宫体积增大等临床症状,值得临床采纳和大力推广普及。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Sanyu decoction in treating adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods From August 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital,60 cases of adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type patients were selected as research objects. According to the odd and even,they were randomly ivided into control group（ n = 30） and treatment group（ n = 30）. The control group received intrauterine Mirena treatment. The treatment group applied Bushen Huoxue Sanyu decoction. The dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume and TCM syndrome score,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score and uterine volume,serum carbohydrate antigen CA125 level was compared. Results After 3 months of treatment,TCM syndrome integral,the symptoms of dysmenorrhea symptom score,menstrual score,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,comparison between groups showed that the treatment group was lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,uterine volume of the two groups were less than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and there had no significant difference between groups（ P〉0. 05）. Before treatment,serum CA125 level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the serum CA125 level of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Sanyu decoction is effective in treating adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. It can significantly improve dysmenorrhea,menstruation and increase volume and other clinical symptoms. It is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
