二仙液化汤治疗肾虚型精液不液化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨使用二仙液化汤治疗肾虚型精液不液化的临床疗效、初步探讨其作用机理。方法将46例精液不液化男性不育患者,中医辨证分型为肾虚型,随机分为2组,其中中医药组(治疗组,24例),运用中药汤剂二仙液化汤治疗,西药组(对照组,22例),根据精液常规检查测定服药前后1~3个月精液液化时间,根据精液不液化情况、症状评分及怀孕情况进行组间,组内分析。结果治疗组精液完全液达75.00%(18例),怀孕率升高,治疗前后症状改善明显;对照组精液完全液化为40.91%(9例),怀孕率低于治疗组,对照组治疗前后症状评分无明显差别。结论二仙液化汤治疗精液不液化的作用优于西药组,是通过调节阴阳平衡,标本兼治,在改善精液不液化的同时改善患者症状,可能机理是通过作用于性腺轴及雄性激素样作用调节前列腺功能实现的。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Erxian Yehua decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency type non-liquefaction semen,and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods 46 cases of non-liquefaction semen patients with TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group（ treatment group n = 24） used Chinese medicine Erxian Yehua decoction and Western medicine group（ control group n = 22）. According to the routine examination of semen determination before and after treatment 1-3 months the semen liquefaction time,according to the semen liquefaction,symptom score and pregnancy,they were analyzed.Results The semen liquid of the treatment group was 75. 00%（ 18 cases）,the pregnancy rate increased after treatment,and symptoms improved significantly. The semen liquefaction completely of the control group was 40. 91%（ 9 cases）,the pregnancy rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group,and symptom scores had no significant difference before and after treatment. Conclusion Erxian Yehua decoction in the treatment of non-liquefaction semen is better than Western medicine group,which is by regulating the balance of yin and yang,treating the symptoms,improve semen liquefaction and improve clinical symptoms,the possible mechanism is by acting on the gonadal axis and effect of androgen regulated prostate function.
