摘　　要：师氏新九针疗法打破了针灸治疗中传统的单一制毫针或单一针具施治的局限性,强调发挥不同针具的特异性、整体性治疗作用,九针针具在治疗痛症、痹症方面各有所长。在总结大量临床实践经验的基础上,着重介绍在中医整体观念以及辨证与辨病相结合的理论指导下,运用磁圆梅针、锋勾针、毫针来治疗偏头痛的标准化手法和操作步骤,并根据各种针具的特点进行其治病机理的探讨。Shishi＇s new nine-needle therapist breaks the limitations of traditional single-needle or single-needle acupuncture in acupuncture and moxibustion,and emphasizes the specific and holistic therapeutic effects of different acupuncture points. Nine-needle acupuncture is used to treat pain and arthralgia. On the basis of summing up a large number of clinical practice experience,this article focused on the treatment of the concept of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation and disease-based combination under the guidance of the theory,standardization practices and steps of the use of magnetic circular plum,front hook needle,filiform needle in the treatment migraine,and according to the characteristics of a variety of needles to explore its mechanism of treatment.
