摘　　要：我国正处于矿业权出让制度改革阶段,通过学习国外经验,可为完善我国矿业权出让制度提供借鉴和参考。采用文献归纳法和比较法,选取加拿大、澳大利亚等6个国家进行梳理和比较研究。重点从矿业权出让方式、审批权限、监管方式及税费管理这四个方面分析国外的主要做法,并与我国矿业权出让制度进行对比分析,从而获得对我国的启示。The transfer of mining rights is in the course of reforming in china. By learning from foreign experience, it can provide reference for improving China＇s mining rights transfer system. Through literature induction and comparison methods, six countries including Canada and Australia are selected for combing and comparative research. Focusing on the four aspects of the mining right transfer method, approval authority, supervision method and taxation management, this paper ana- lyzes the main foreign practices and compares it with domestic mining right transfer system to gain enlightenment for China.
