摘　　要：2014年俄罗斯语文专业本科教育国家标准是俄罗斯国家教育纲领,体现国家对语文人才培养的战略。其核心是对教学大纲掌握程度、教学大纲结构,以及教学大纲实施条件的要求。这部国标重视学生能力的培养和高等教育机构教学自主性。2014 National Standards of Russian language in the stage of undergraduate education is a national education program, which refects the national strategy of cultivating Russian talents. The cores of it are the requirements of the mastery of the syllabus, syllabus structure and the imple-mentation of the syllabus. This National Standards empha-size the cultivation of students’ ability and the autonomy of higher education institutions.
