摘  要:水性UV油墨与传统UV油墨相比,传统UV油墨中对人体伤害较大的单体被环境友好的水取代,水性UV油墨继承了传统UV油墨的特性,又能解决环保问题。干燥成膜对油墨的应用起着关键性的作用,水性UV的干燥既有传统水性的物理干燥也有UV的光固化干燥,其复杂的干燥固化机理使其对水性UV油墨的干燥固化研究尤为重要。本文分析了水性UV油墨的干燥固化机理,探讨了其优缺点并对其应用进行了展望。Compared with the traditional UV ink, in the waterborne UV ink, the monomer which has a big injury to human body is replaced by the water which is environment-friendly. The waterborne UV ink not only inherit the characteristics of the traditional UV ink, but also solve the problem of environmental protection. Drying flm-forming plays a key role in the application of ink. The drying of waterborne UV has both traditional physical drying and UV photo-curing drying. Its complex drying and curing mechanism makes it particularly important to study the drying and curing of water-borne UV ink. In this paper, the drying and curing mechanism of waterborne UV ink was analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages were discussed, and its application was prospected.
