摘　　要：家庭矛盾是引发社会问题不容忽视的原因。市场经济条件下,平等、幸福、和谐的家庭氛围在很大程度上取决于家庭成员,特别是夫妻双方的经济收入与社会地位。值得关注的是,目前我国婚姻家庭中全职主妇占已婚女性人口的比例呈上升态势,更多具有高学历的女性怀孕生子后做起了"全职妈妈"。但在我国当前的社会背景下,专职家庭主妇却是一个高风险的"职业"。由于缺乏独立的经济来源与社会保障,她们经常面临自身权益受到侵害的情况。因此,完善法律及相关制度,积极保护新时代婚姻家庭中女性的合法权益迫在眉睫。Domestic conflict is an reason that can not be ignored for social problems. Under the condition of mar- ket economy, the equal, happy and harmonious family atmosphere depends to a large extent on the economic in- come and social status of family members, especially husbands and wives. It is worth noting that at present, the percentage of full - time housewives in the married female population in marriage and family is rising in China and more highly educated women have become ＂full - time mothers＂ after becoming pregnant and having chil- dren. However, in the current social context of China, full - time housewife is a high - risk ＂occupation＂. Due to the lack of independent economic sources and social security, they often face violations of their own rights and in- terests. Therefore, it is imminent to perfect the laws and related systems to actively protect the legitimate rights and interests of women in marriage and family in the new era.
