摘　　要：培养一流人才是"双一流"建设的应有之义,自然也包含法律人才的培养。地方高校作为我国高等教育的主体,应当承担为社会培养合格法律人才的主体责任。"双一流"建设背景下,地方高校培养法律人才应着眼于地方实际需求,突出应用型、复合型方向,强化能力培养。地方高校培养一流的法律专业人才,需要法律教育工作者长期不懈的努力探索,在尝试中不断进步。Training first - rate talent is the proper meaning of ＂Double first - rate＂ construction. Naturally, it also includes the training of legal talents. As the main body of higher education in China, local colleges and universi- ties should bear the main responsibility of training qualified legal talents for the society. Under the background of ＂Double first- rate＂ construction,local colleges and universities should train legal talents to focus on the local actual needs, position them as applied talents ,highlight talents with multiple talent, and strengthen the training of their ability. The training of first - rate legal talents in local colleges and universities requires legal educators to explore through long -term unremitting efforts and make constant progress in their attempts.
