摘　　要：软基是工程中常见的地基,由于其力学性质原因,作为构筑物的基础十分不稳定,容易出现较大的工后沉降及地基的不均匀沉降等情况,对构筑物的稳定性产生极大影响。本文以青岛某软基处理工程项目为依托,介绍了真空联合堆载预压原理和方法,并诉说了在本项目中施工技术控制要求和质量控制要点。Soft foundation is a common foundation in Engineering. Because of its mechanical properties,it is very unstable as the foundation of the structure. It is easy to have large post-working settlement and uneven settlement of the foundation. So it has a great influence on the stability of the structures. This paper is based on a soft foundation treatment project in Qingdao. The principle and method of vacuum combined loading preloading are introduced,and the requirements of construction technology control and the key points of quality control are described in this project.
