北京市城郊三级综合医院分级护理质量的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市城郊三级综合医院分级护理质量现状。方法采取按比例分层抽样方法,抽取北京市某城郊3家综合医院36个科室446例病例,对其进行分级护理质量评价。结果分级护理质量得分为(88.78±10.09)分,责任护士单因素分析显示,不同学历、职称、年龄、工作年限的护士,分级护理质量得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论城郊三级综合医院分级护理质量内涵有待进一步丰富;完善相关管理,提高分级护理质量。Objective To investigate the quality of grading nursing in 3-level general hospital in a suburb of Beijing. Methods According to proportionate stratified sampling method, 446 patients were investigated from 36 wards of three 3-level general hospitals in a suburb of Beijing, and the grading nursing quality was evaluated. Results The score of grading nursing quality was 88.784-10.09. Difference existed in the grading nursing quality among the nurses having different educational degree, professional title, age, years of professional work. The difference between the scores was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The content of grading nursing in 3-level general hospital should be fizrther enriched. The related system and management need to be improved to elevate grading nursing quality.
