健康中国背景下生态健身俱乐部的构建

摘　　要：构建生态健身俱乐部,推动全民健身发展。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对生态健身俱乐部的构建要素进行探讨。研究表明,生态健身俱乐部将改变传统健身俱乐部的功能,成为人们社会交往,文化扩散的重要载体;生态健身俱乐部在创建时要将人、原生态、场馆构建融为一体;健身器械作为健身俱乐部的主要载体,应该考虑环境效益;健身环境应该以绿色休闲为主题,对健身俱乐部内部绿化进行合理的季节转换;将国家和区域传统文化融入服务体系。建议生态健身俱乐部管理者应该开拓思维、抓住机遇,打造引领健身潮流,构建健身行业生态圈,成为生态健身领域的先行者。To promote the national fitness development by building ecological fitness clubs, this paper discussed the construction of ecological fitness club by means of document and expert interview. The results showed that the ecological fitness club could change the traditional fitness function which became an important carrier of social interaction and cultural diffusion, and was necessary to integrate with human, original ecology and venue construction. Fitness equipment as the main carrier of the fitness club, should consider the environmental benefits.Fitness environment should be changed by reasonable seasons based on green leisure theme. Moreover, the integration of national and regional traditional culture should be considered into service system. It is suggested that the managers of ecological fitness clubs should develop their thinking, seize opportunities, create fitness trend,build ecosystem of fitness industry, and become the pioneers in the field of ecological fitness.
