摘  要:以椰壳炭化料为原料,采用直接成型法和二次成型法分别制备椰壳活性炭。利用扫描电镜、傅立叶红外光谱仪、静态吸附仪、X衍射仪等实验仪器对椰壳活性炭和浸渍炭样品进行研究分析,以期找到二次成型工艺制备的椰壳活性炭性能优异的根本原因。对所制备的活性炭材料进行氯化氰的防护性能测试。结果表明,利用二次成型工艺生产的椰壳活性炭制备的浸渍炭有利于对氯化氰气体的防护。Coconut shell carbonized material was used as raw material to prepare coconut shell activated carbon by direct forming and post forming,separately.The microstructure of the samples obtained is characterized by nitrogen adsorption/desorption,FTIR,XRD and SEM,so as to find out the basic reason for the excellent performance of coconut shell activated carbon prepared by the two forming process.Moreover,the protective performance of samples for cyan chloride was tested.The results show that the carbon impregnated by coconut shell activated carbon produced by post forming process is beneficial to the protection of cyanide chloride.
