摘　　要：通过安装利用pH测定装置,分析工艺节点pH值的变化规律,找出与晶形的对应关系,从而生产出符合生产要求的DDNP产品,同时为下一步的人机隔离生产打下基础。By installing and utilizing PH measuring device,the change rule of pH value of process node is analyzed,and the corresponding relation with crystal form is found out,so as to produce DDNP products that meet production requirements,and lay the foundation for the next step of man machine isolation production.
