摘　　要：计算机机房是学生进行计算机类课程实践教学的重要场所,然而计算机在运行的过程中,会出现各种各样的故障,管理者需要及时判断故障的部位,综合运用多种故障判别方法,准确分析计算机常见故障。笔者结合自身的管理经验,分析了计算机机房常见的硬件故障和软件故障,给出了常见故障的具体处理方法,并提出了机房有效管理的几点意见,以供参考。Computer room is an important place for students to practice computer courses teaching. However, in the process of running the computers, there are various faults. The manager needs to judge the fault location in time, and make use of multiple fault identification methods to accurately analyze common faults in computers. Based on the experience of management, the author analyzes the common hardware and software faults in computer room, gives the specific treatments of common faults, and puts forward some suggestions on effective management of computer room for reference.
