摘　　要：目的对ICU患者家属迁移应激量表(Family relocation stress scale,FRSS)进行汉化及其信度和效度评价。方法按照Brislin翻译模型的两人直译-回译法,进行翻译、回译和文化调适,并对20例ICU患者家属进行预调查,形成中文版的FRSS量表;采用方便抽样法选取浙江省某三级甲等医院105例ICU患者家属进行调查,以评价中文版FRSS量表的信度和效度。结果中文版FRSS量表共有14个条目。项目分析各条目临界比值均有统计学意义(P<0.001),且各条目与量表总分的相关系数达到0.4以上;量表的单条目内容效度指数(Item-level CVI,I-CVI)值均达到0.833以上,总条目CVI(scale-level CVI,S-CVI)为0.952。量表共提取4个公因子,累计解释变异量为71.576%,且各条目在相应的公因子的负荷量>0.4;量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.857,折半系数为0.743。结论中文版FRSS量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为ICU患者家属迁移应激的测评工具。Objective To Chinesize the ICU patients＇ family relocation stress scale（FSRR）and to evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods According to the Brislin translation model,the two person literal translation and back translation method was carried out for translation and cultural adjustment.then 20 families of ICU patients were investigated in advance to form a Chinese version of FRSS scale.A survey using this scale was conducted on 105 ICU patients＇ families from the tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang province in order to verify the reliability and validity of the FRSS.Results The Chinese version of FRSS consisted of 14 items.Item analysis indicated each item in the critical ratio was significant different（P0.001）.and the correlation coefficients to the total scores reached above 0.4.The overall content validity index（CVI）was 0.952,while the CVI for the different items were 0.833~1.000.Four factors were extracted by factor analysis,which could explain 71.576% of the total variance and each factor loading quantity was more than 0.4.The overall Cronbach＇sαcoefficient for the Chinese FRSS was 0.857 and the Guttman split-half coefficient was 0.743.Conclusion The Chinese version of FRSS has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool of measuring relocation stress for ICU patients＇ family.
