摘 要:目的探讨护理人力资源储备与动态调配管理的研究。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月我院68名初级责任护士,对其实施护理人力资源储备与动态调配管理,对比实施管理前后护士的管理评分。结果管理后护士的管理评分优于管理前(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗中,实际在岗的护理人员相对不充裕,以实际情况出发加强护理人力资源储备与动态调配管理提高护理人员使用效率,保证护理满意度,另外通过管理护理人员综合评分及护理质量得到有效保证。Objective To explore the research on nursing human resource reserve and dynamic allocation management. Methods 68 primary nurses in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected to manage the human resource reserve and dynamic allocation of nursing, and the management scores of nurses before and after the management were compared. Results The management scores of nurses after management were better than those before management (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In clinical treatment, the nursing staff employed is actually relatively abundant, with the actual situation of the nursing human resources reserve and dynamic management to improve efficiency of the use of nursing staff, to ensure nursing satisfaction, and to effectively guarantee the comprehensive evaluation and nursing quality.
