摘 要:目的探究将纯短音听觉脑干诱发电位(Tb-ABR)与多频稳态听觉诱发反应(ASSR)应用于儿童听力评估中的效果。方法采用回顾性分析法选择2015年8月—2017年7月我院门诊诊治的具有听力障碍的儿童60例作为研究对象,均行BA测试确诊存在听力障碍,将30例轻-中度感音神经性耳聋儿童纳入实验1组,将30例重度-极重度感音神经性耳聋儿童纳入实验2组,60例儿童均接受Tb-ABR测试和ASSR测试,分析测试结果。结果实验1组15耳轻度听力损失、19耳中度听力损失,实验2组17耳重度听力损失、22耳极重度听力损失。在0.5 k Hz、1.0 k Hz、2.0 k Hz、4.0k Hz频率的检测中,Tb-ABR测试要比ASSR测试与BA测试的听阈值更为接近。结论 Tb-ABR测试、ASSR测试与BA测试联合应用于听力损失严重患儿中可以有效评估其听力。Objective To explore the application effect of tone burst auditory brainstem response (TB-ABR) and multi-frequency auditory steady state response (ASSR) in children's hearing assessment. Methods By retrospective analysis on 60 outpatient children diagnosis as hearing loss in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017, all of them were diagnosed with hearing impairment, will be 30 cases of light - moderate sensorineural deafness children into the experimental group 1, will be 30 cases of severe - extremely severe sensorineural deafness children into the experimental group 2, 60 cases of children were tested for Tb - ABR and ASSR tests, analysis of test results. Results In the experiment 1 group 15 ear mild hearing loss, 19 ear moderate hearing loss, experimental 2 group 17 ear severe hearing loss, 22 ear extremely heavy hearing loss. In the detection of 0.5 kHz, 1.0 kHz, 2.0 kHz and 4.0 kHz frequency, the tb-abr test was much closer to the threshold value of the ASSR test and BA test. Conclusion Tb-abr test, ASSR test and BA test can be used to evaluate the hearing loss effectively in children with severe hearing loss.
